Role Summary

Lead Salesforce development initiatives and mentor a team of developers.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning frameworks.

Drive best practices in Salesforce architecture, integrations, DevOps, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure accessibility, security, and compliance standards across Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Salesforce development team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.

Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and custom APIs.

Handle database integrations and data migrations between applications.

Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, speed, and scalability.

Ensure DevOps processes (Salesforce DX, CI/CD) are followed.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.

Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, trends, and emerging technologies.

Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members.

Work independently or within a team to meet project timelines.

Complete role-specific training, certifications, and attend industry events as required.
