What You'll Do
- Work as part of a high-performing Salesforce delivery team across the full application development lifecycle.
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the Force.com platform using:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Contribute actively in an Agile (Scrum) environment with an iterative, test-driven mindset.
- Collaborate closely with peers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure best practices around performance, security, and maintainability.
- Drive continuous improvement to meet quality, delivery, and time-to-market goals.
- Participate in building next-generation Salesforce Lightning solutions.
- Proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Solid understanding of web technologiesHTML, JavaScript, CSS.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Prior experience with OO languages such as Java, ASP.NET, or similar is a plus.
Mindset & Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommend effective solutions.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Must Have)
- Salesforce Administrator
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
