Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FSC Financial Services Cloud Developer with strong domain expertise in Wholesaler Insurance The candidate will design develop and support Salesforce FSC solutions to manage insurance wholesalers brokers policies and distribution workflows ensuring scalability compliance and high performance

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC solutions for Wholesaler Insurance operations
Implement FSC data models including Person Accounts Business Accounts Relationships and Financial Accounts
Develop Salesforce components using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Aura Visualforce
Configure and customize Salesforce objects flows validation rules workflows and approval processes
Support wholesalerspecific processes such as
BrokerAgent onboarding
Policy lifecycle management
Commission and hierarchy tracking
Quotetobind workflows
Integrate Salesforce FSC with external insurance systems Policy Admin Claims Billing using RESTSOAP APIs Middleware MuleSoft preferred
Ensure data security and compliance with insurance regulations and Salesforce best practices
Perform unit testing code reviews and support UAT and production deployments
Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams to deliver highquality solution
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support

Technical Skills

Strong handson experience with Salesforce FSC Financial Services Cloud
Proficiency in Apex LWC SOQL SOSL
Experience with Salesforce configuration Flows Process Builder Approval Processes
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience with Salesforce integrations APIs MuleSoft ETL tools
Familiarity with DevOps tools Copado Gearset Git CICD pipelines
Mandatory Skills : Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
