Key Responsibilities:
Custom Object Enhancements:
- Create and configure fields (Boolean, Number, Text Long, Lookup, Picklist, Auto-Number) on the Renewal Record object
- Establish data relationships and automate population across Renewal Records, Contracts, Quotes, and Opportunities
Automation and Logic Implementation:
- Design and develop Salesforce Flows, formulas, and roll-up fields for dynamic calculations (e.g., Forecast Amount, ACV)
- Automate data pre-population and ensure business logic consistency
UI Components:
- Configure Lightning UI components, such as Path, for tracking progress on Renewal Records
- Build responsive and user-friendly layouts for seamless navigation
Integration and Reporting:
- Manage NetSuite integration for fields like Original Order
- Develop related lists and custom views for Contracts, Subscriptions, and Assets
Custom Settings and Advanced Configuration:
- Implement custom settings such as COLA Percentage and Replacement Part Mapping for dynamic behavior
- Create scalable configurations to support future enhancements
Compliance and Testing:
- Conduct comprehensive testing in sandbox environments to validate functionality
- Ensure compliance with business rules, security standards, and user permissions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite integration
- Familiarity with custom settings and dynamic configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on complex automation and business logic scenarios
