Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integrations, and Sales/Service Cloud, along with hands-on experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Flows.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
• Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
• Implement security and sharing models including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
• Optimize application performance, ensure governor limit compliance, and follow best coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3-8 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 3+ years in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, REST APIs, and Salesforce Integrations.
• Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OmniStudio, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Financial Services Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) or additional Salesforce Certifications.
• Exposure to Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps tools.
