Your Job
As a Salesforce Developer on our team, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions that enable commercial and service processes across the organization. You will be responsible for building custom functionality using Apex and Lightning (LWC/Aura), implementing Experience Cloud sites, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and enabling a robust CI/CD and release process to drive timely, low-risk releases.
Our Team
You will join a cross-functional Salesforce engineering team that partners closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, QA, and other IT teams to deliver user-centric, production-ready solutions. The team works in Agile sprints and emphasizes maintainability, automation, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce platform.
- Work extensively on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex classes, and triggers.
- Build and maintain Experience Cloud (Communities), including customization and user management.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Handle deployments and release management using Gearset.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and QA teams for requirement gathering and delivery.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in: Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future methods), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Experience working with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Hands-on experience with Gearset for deployment and CI/CD.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- Platform Developer II or Experience Cloud Consultant certification (good to have).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and DevOps processes.
