Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

Jaipur Rugs Company Limited is looking for a Salesforce Developer (2+ years) with Salesforce

Platform Developer I (PD1) certification (mandatory) to work on enhancements and custom

development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves building scalable solutions

using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce automation, along with supporting and implementing

integrations (including exposure to MuleSoft).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex (Classes, Triggers), SOQL/SOSL,

and Lightning.

Build user-friendly UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura (where required).

Implement and optimize Salesforce automations using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval

Processes, and related tools.

Work on Salesforce administration tasks such as profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing

rules, page layouts, record types, and data model.

Design and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform

events, and middleware (preferably MuleSoft).

Write high-quality code with appropriate Apex unit tests, following best practices and

maintaining test coverage.

Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support when

needed.

Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, QA, and other developers to deliver sprint-based

enhancements.

Prepare technical documentation for developed components, integrations, and automation.

Skill-set Required

Salesforce PD1 certification - Mandatory

2+ years of Salesforce development experience

Strong hands-on experience in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async Apex: Batch/Queueable)

Hands-on experience in LWC

Hands-on experience in Aura

Salesforce Automation (Flow, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.)

Salesforce Administration fundamentals (security + configuration)

Integrations knowledge: REST/SOAP APIs, authentication basics, and error handling

Exposure to MuleSoft (or similar middleware) for integration use-cases

Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure application

performance.

Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including data models, design, and

coding standards.

Experience with Sales Cloud + Service Cloud implementations (lead/opportunity/case

lifecycle).

Understanding of Governor Limits and performance tuning.

Familiarity with SFDX, Git, and deployments/CI-CD tools (Copado/Gearset/ANT).

Knowledge of Platform Events / Change Data Capture (CDC).
