About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can take ownership of technical tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
- Implement and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features as per business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT to ensure the quality of solutions.
- Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, process automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and security models.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
