Fluidra: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Fluidra is looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer who can solve business problems by configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform. You will build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, senior developers, and architects to define requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions, while continuously enhancing your technical expertise and understanding of Salesforce best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform under guidance of senior team members.

Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative features.

Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

Assist in maintaining technical documentation, including design notes and deployment details.

Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with support teams to help resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3.5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.

Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.

Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I are preferred.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Eagerness to learn new Salesforce features and technologies.
