Role Overview
We're looking for a Salesforce Software Engineer to design, build, and support customized Salesforce solutions that power critical business processes. In this role, you'll partner with product managers, architects, and crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable, highquality applications on the Salesforce platform. This is a handson role requiring strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of hands-on Salesforce development and customization experience
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow Builder
- Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
- Hands-on experience with Apex triggers, classes, and batch processes
- Proficiency with Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing models, and governor limits
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Plusses
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder)
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and packaging
- Exposure to Salesforce security best practices and org-wide governance
- Experience with AppExchange products and third-party integrations
Compensation:
$9 to $15 LPA
