Salesforce Development: Strong experience in developing Apex (classes and triggers), batch jobs, Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality in line with business needs.
Integrations: Hands-on experience using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems within the organization.
Best Practices: Adherence to Salesforce best practices, with the ability to maintain code documentation and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
Release Management: Ability to take ownership of release cycles, ensuring smooth implementation and deployment of new or updated applications and code.
Collaboration: Experience working closely with BSAs and Product Owners to validate business requirements and any other key considerations.
Optional: Experience with Service Cloud would be an added advantage.
