Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their capabilities, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects. This role involves code reviews, performance optimization, and collaboration with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and apply best practices, standards, and SDLC concepts across all functional areas.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to increase productivity and technical capabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes.
- Optimize performance and implement best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure process compliance and participate in technical discussions and reviews.
- Act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, including evaluating technical alternatives, supporting architecture best practices, and estimating efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and ensure timely closure of escalations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Salesforce Concepts: Strong understanding and application of Salesforce best practices and SDLC.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2).
- Salesforce Development: Proficiency in LWC development, Flow configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Web Services.
- Integration & Data Load: Experience with integrations and data migrations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of language, grammar, voice quality, and sentence construction.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- CPQ Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ.
- Identity Management: Understanding of Identity, SAML, and Salesforce cross-cloud integrations.
