Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Service, and broader business operations for a Healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, system integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Execute data migration and ETL processes.
  • Optimize application performance while ensuring adherence to data security best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with Salesforce governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows and Process Builder
  • Salesforce DX
  • Experience with:
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • Integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica
  • Git-based version control systems
  • Salesforce data modeling and security architecture
  • CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Azure DevOps preferred)
Certifications (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
  • Platform Developer II (Good to have)
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant (Added advantage)
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain
  • Exposure to global enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR
  • Experience with Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud (plus)
