Requirements

4.5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable and compliant solutions
Design and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs following platform best practices
Ensure platform stability through robust test coverage, secure coding practices, and adherence to healthcare quality standards
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
