Salesforce Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce

development, configuration, and customization, with expertise in Lightning Web Components

(LWC), Apex, Flows, Admin configuration, and REST API integration. You will play a crucial

role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business

requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development:
2. o Design and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex
3. classes, triggers, and batch processes.
4. o Implement Flows and other declarative tools to automate business processes.
5. Platform Configuration:
6. o Perform admin configurations such as custom objects, workflows, validation
7. rules, and approval processes.
8. o Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to align with business needs.
9. Integration:
10. o Develop and manage REST API integrations with external systems.
11. o Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability through integration
12. tools.
13. Troubleshooting and Support:
14. o Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and
15. customizations.
16. o Provide technical support and guidance to users.
17. Testing and Deployment:
18. o Perform unit testing and participate in system testing.
19. o Deploy solutions following best practices and ensure minimal disruption to
20. business processes.
21. Collaboration:
22. o Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
23. technical specifications.
24. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce
25. solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in:
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)
• Flows and declarative tools
• Salesforce Admin configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.)
• REST API Integration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
