Key Responsibilities
- FSC Configuration & Customization: Implement and customize FSC data models, action plans, and industry-specific functionality.
- Technical Development: Write secure, scalable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Integration: Connect Salesforce FSC with third-party financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, utilizing tools like Flow and OmniStudio.
- Data Management: Handle complex data migrations and mapping for financial entities.
- Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, UAT support, and manage deployments using CI/CD tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- FSC Expertise: Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud configuration and data models.
- Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and LWC.
- Tooling: Familiarity with OmniStudio, Action Plans, and Flow.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of banking, wealth management, or insurance processes.
- Best Practices: Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing rules.
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1-2 years specifically in FSC.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional) are highly preferred.
