Job Description

Design, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support banking, insurance, and wealth management processes.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and configuration features such as workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Implement FSC features including client profiles, financial accounts, household relationships, and interaction summaries.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain custom components, triggers, and Apex classes for FSC applications.
Support data migration, data modeling, and system integrations across financial systems.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
Provide support during UAT, deployment, and production releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSC implementations and integrations.
