4+ years Development and maintenance of customised solutions on the Salesforce platform, supporting critical business functions and project goals
Daily support of end users and BAU enhancements
Supporting the business with housekeeping of data to ensure GDPR compliance
Working closely with the Salesforce Delivery Manager, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects and other Developers to design high quality solutions and ensure business benefit
Ensuring a proactive and flexible work environment is maintained to facilitate agility in responding to changing project goals and customer requirements
Work directly with client developers and testers to assist in client on-boarding and API integration
Work directly with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts as necessary to analyse project objectives, requirements and advise on Salesforce best practice
Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing solutions following a best practice application lifecycle management process
