Position Title: Salesforce Developer
Experience Level: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Noida/ Faridabad/ Pune (Onsite)
Salesforce certification is mandatory
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform configuration tasks including Flows, Process Builder (if applicable), Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Page Layouts.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration patterns.
- Support deployment activities using Change Sets, DevOps tools, or standard release processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, admins, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in requirement discussions and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Ensure adherence to governor limits, secure coding practices, and scalable architecture.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in:
- Apex Classes, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL & SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- Good knowledge of: Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules)
- Salesforce Data Model and standard objects
- API Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Error handling, unit testing (@test classes), and code coverage
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Git preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work in an agile team environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
Good to have skills:
Basic understanding of Salesforce AppExchange packages.
Exposure to any one cloud: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
