Summary

Salesforce COntact Center / Integration Developer with extensive experience integrating Salesforce (Service Cloud, OmniChannel, Voice/CTI) with Genesys and NICE CXone contact center platforms. Strong hands-on background designing and building APIs (REST/SOAP), authoring and transforming JSON payloads, and implementing secure, scalable integrations across CRM and CCaaS ecosystems. Proven partner to Solution Engineers and Architects to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions, including call flows, scripting, and end-to-end voice routing.

Experience & Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development.
