Job Title: Salesforce Developer with Lightning Web Components

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to analyze, design, develop, and test application components across multiple client engagements. The role involves working on enhancements, maintenance, and new development initiatives to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions and project outcomes.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and solution design.
- Provide effective problem-solving support to the immediate team and other collaborating teams.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Experience in developing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party/external systems.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design frameworks.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
