Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce implementation.
- Implement Salesforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce applications as they arise.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to leverage in development.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-13 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and integration techniques.
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
