Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, LWC, and Apex.
- Work on implementations and customizations for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce governance.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 23 years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio.
- 45 years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills / Certifications:
- Salesforce OmniStudio Certification.
- Experience in integration with third-party systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment tools.
