Salesforce Senior Developer – Service Cloud

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with 5–10 years of experience to support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and Salesforce data models.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and web services.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Custom Objects, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Support the rollout and adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud across multiple business units.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Governor Limits.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party or enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience providing technical leadership or mentoring developers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
