Job Summary

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Financial Services
  • What You'll Do: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements.
  • Creating wireframe documents with information architecture, documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Mapping Salesforce objects/fields with external systems Basic Javascript coding for mapping/validation Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Must Haves:

  • A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis in financial industry Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills Authoring requirements, definition, and related documentation Understanding Salesforce Financial services, Sales & Service clouds data model to develop business solutions
  • Knowledge on Salesforce Flows, low-code, validation rules, and security controls
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies Proficient in tools like - PowerPoint, MS-Project, visio, draw.io etc.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community)
