About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer - Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our clients business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and demonstrate proven leadership in technical project delivery. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Your expertise will help optimize Salesforce environments, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless deployment across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and platform management. Prior experience in leading technical teams or projects will be considered an advantage. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and SOQL/SOSL query optimization. A strong understanding of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Salesforce security configurations, deployment processes, and experience with marketing cloud solutions will enhance candidacy. Certifications related to Salesforce development and architecture will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions by translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components.
- Configure and customize Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet client requirements.
- Manage Salesforce security settings, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules to ensure data integrity and security.
- Oversee the deployment process across different environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
