Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies

- Perform bug fixing, testing, debugging, and code optimization

- Build integrations and automations using APIs and data transformation techniques

- Prepare and execute unit test cases and validate business requirements with stakeholders

- Follow Salesforce development best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability

- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, IT governance, and change management processes

- Work closely with business analysts, admins, product owners, and data engineers for successful solution delivery

- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures

- Communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including story grooming, estimation, sprint planning, and JIRA updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of Salesforce development or implementation experience

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and automation frameworks

- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills

- Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA

- Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
