We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to support business needs. This includes working with stakeholders, customizing Salesforce features, writing Apex code, and building integrations with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura).
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud as per business needs.
- Create and manage workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs or system issues.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Work closely with admins, architects, and business users to implement solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
- Good understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and data modeling in Salesforce.
- Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Familiar with deployment tools like Change Sets, VS Code with Salesforce CLI, or ANT.
Good to Have:
- Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
