Build Team Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce features using configuration and custom development best practices
- Develop scalable solutions including Flows, custom objects, validation rules, Apex classes, and Lightning components
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct design reviews
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and technical standards
Transition to Run
- Document technical solutions, user stories, and processes for smooth handoffs
- Coordinate with the Run Team for training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support deployment planning, environment strategy, and release management
- Provide post-deployment support, monitor adoption, and address initial performance issues
