Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, integrations, and Service Cloud implementations, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex solutions to support business requirements.
- Configure Salesforce platform features including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and Lightning record pages.
- Implement automation using Salesforce Flows and platform configuration.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events.
- Implement and support Service Cloud capabilities, including:
- Email-to-Case
- Web-to-Case
- Assignment Rules
- Escalation Rules
- Entitlements and Milestones
- Omni-Channel
- Knowledge management
- Build and customize Service Console components and user interface using LWC.
- Support development of reports and dashboards where required.
Required Skills
- 58 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Good hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and Flow automation.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture and case management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities and Agentforce is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
