• Job location - Mahadevpura Bangalore
• Mode - Hybrid (3 days WFO).
• Experience - 10+ years
• Candidate must have Enterprise level Salesforce project management experience using Scaled Agile - SaFe Environment methodology. Please ask relevant questions to candidates before sharing (about PI, PI duration, Who used to plan PI, How many PI he managed or was part of).
• Salesforce experience is Mandatory. Candidate must have a good understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem.
• We only need immediate or early joiners; we can consider candidates who are serving NP too.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 12+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles

· Experience in in execution of Enterprise level Salesforce projects is preferred

· Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and deliver complex projects

· Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and presentation platforms

· Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem

· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines

· Certified candidates are preferred (e.g., SAFe, CSM or other Agile Certifications)

· Must be ready to work from office for atleast 3 days a week
