Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience
in Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows,
custom objects, fields, validation rules, permissions).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API).
- Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies for Salesforce e.g Copado
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
Preferred Certifications (one Or More)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
