Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce

Development and scope of Conga CPQ X-Author for Excel and be responsible for

overseeing the release management process. This role requires a strategic

thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively

with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet

business requirements.

Development and design of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices

and standards are followed.

Oversee the release management process, including planning, scheduling,

and coordinating releases across multiple environments.

Manage and maintain Salesforce environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Salesforce development.

Proven experience in release management and deployment processes.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform.

Experience with Salesforce platform managed packages; specifically Conga

X-Author for Excel.

Experience with integrations to and from Salesforce.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other

Salesforce-related configuration like Custom Metadata Types, Custom

Settings, Field-Level Security, and Profile/Permission Set management.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with consolidating multiple Salesforce instances to one

enterprise instance is nice to have.

Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certification.
