Salesforce Developer

Summary:

This role involves supporting the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud by leveraging core platform skills, programmatic development, and expertise in Sales and Service Cloud functionalities. The position requires a strong understanding of security, compliance, DevOps, and integration within an enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom code where Salesforce's out-of-the-box capabilities are insufficient.
• Ensure secure configuration and coding practices in Salesforce.
• Understand and implement Sales and Service Cloud functionalities end-to-end.
• Operate within a governed DevOps model, ensuring compliance with release processes.
• Build and support secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or strongly expected).

Required Skills:

• Core Salesforce Platform Skills, including Salesforce Lightning Experience, data modeling, CRM fundamentals, security, and access control.
• Programmatic Development Skills, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, controllers, APIs, and HTML/JavaScript within LWC.
• Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Expertise, including understanding of accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, case management, and customer support workflows.
• Security, Audit & Compliance Skills, including secure Salesforce configuration, Apex coding, audit readiness, SOX considerations, and access controls.
• DevOps & Release Management Skills, including GitHub-based source control, Azure DevOps, feature branching, and Salesforce CLI usage.
• Integration & Enterprise Architecture Awareness, including REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Soft Skills, including the ability to work independently and in team settings, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Familiarity with security tooling and findings remediation, such as AppOmni, Checkmarx, Fortify, and CVE Vulnerability Alerts.
