Salesforce Developer

Summary:

This role requires a skilled Analyst/Developer to support the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud platforms. The position demands expertise in Salesforce platform management, programmatic development, security, compliance, and DevOps, along with strong soft skills for effective collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom code for Salesforce where out-of-the-box capabilities fall short.
• Ensure secure configuration and coding practices within Salesforce.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, working sessions, and cross-team coordination.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or strongly expected).
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Understanding of secure Salesforce configuration and Apex coding.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in managing release processes in a SOX-compliant environment.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Data modeling and CRM fundamentals.
• Security and access control, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• SOQL and Salesforce Flows.
• Apex programming, including classes, triggers, and controllers.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• REST/SOAP APIs for data movement and integration.
• Secure Salesforce configuration and coding practices.
• Understanding of audit readiness, SOX considerations, and access controls.
• GitHub-based source control and Azure DevOps for work tracking.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Familiarity with security tools like AppOmni, Checkmarx, Fortify, and CVE Vulnerability Alerts.
• Awareness of enterprise integration patterns and downstream impacts of changes.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings with strong attention to detail.
