Job Description
Tableau/CRM Analytics Developer (Onsite/Bhubaneswar)
Performance Objectives
- The role requires an advanced understanding of Einstein Analytics, analytics concepts, and the Salesforce platform to design impactful and supportable solutions that meets the business objectives
- Use best practices in designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets, dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level security.
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery platform, including dataset management, permissions and security, advanced SAQL coding to support querying, and JSON.
- Provide direction and aid in implementing approaches for content governance, taxonomy, processes, and UX/UI consistency within CRM Analytics and Salesforce
- Ability to document and translate cross functional business requirements into process/functional design/system solutions within Salesforce.com, analytics platforms or other company applications.
- Refine data models as needed and enhance metrics as the business evolves.
- Assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentations
Competitive Candidate Profile
- B.Tech or MCA or equivalent degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or other relevant fields.
- 3 years of full-time experience and/or certification in CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM)
- 3-5 years of analytical work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Domain
- Understanding of dashboard/user experience (UX) design and aesthetics for mobile and desktop
- Competency in reading and writing Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
- Competency in developing ETL processes for dataset preparation and management.
- Experience in architecting, scoping, and leading team members in complex technical projects.
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM).
- Competency in administering, configuring, and securing CRM Analytics.
- Working knowledge of data modelling and statistical analysis.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics and Discovery Certification preferred
