Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Support Engineer with strong knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) modules to support and troubleshoot business-critical systems. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements and provide CPQ solutions while resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system bugs in CPQ, pricing, product configuration, and quoting processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand CPQ-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage user support tickets, ensure SLAs are met, and update documentation as needed.
- Perform configuration tasks in Salesforce CPQ such as rules, product bundles, price books, and discount schedules.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and testing.
- Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
- Participate in regular release cycles, ensuring CPQ stability post-deployment.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ support and administration .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and CPQ components: Product Configuration, Price Rules, Quote Templates, Approval Processes.
- Experience with Salesforce data model, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning interface is a plus.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide resolutions independently.
- Familiarity with support ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
