Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Presales Lead / Business Analyst Lead

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce CPQ Presales Lead / BA Leadto drive presales engagements, solution discovery, and functional leadership for Salesforce CPQ implementations. The role requires close collaboration with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design scalable CPQ solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Solutioning

  • Leadpresales activitiesincluding requirement discovery, solution design, demos, POCs, and estimations
  • Act asfunctional CPQ expertduring client discussions and RFP/RFI responses
  • Create solution walkthroughs, presentations, and proposal inputs
  • Support pricing, scoping, effort estimation, and risk analysis

Business Analysis & Functional Leadership

  • Leadbusiness requirement workshopswith stakeholders
  • Translate business needs intoCPQ functional specifications
  • Define end-to-end CPQ flows: Product Configuration, Pricing, Discounting, Approval Processes, Quote Generation
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and client business processes

CPQ Functional Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce CPQ:
    • Product & Price Rules
    • Configuration Attributes
    • Discount Schedules
    • Quote Templates
    • Advanced Approvals
  • Experience integrating CPQ withSales Cloud, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Billing, OMS
  • Understanding ofB2B sales processes, complex pricing, and contract lifecycle

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Mentor and guideBA and CPQ functional teams
  • Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with architects and developers for solution feasibility
  • Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall experience with4- 6+ years in Salesforce CPQ
  • StrongPresales experience(client presentations, demos, proposals)
  • Excellentbusiness analysis and stakeholder managementskills
  • Deep understanding ofsales operations and revenue processes
  • Salesforce CPQ certification preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
