Salesforce CPQ Developer
Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ professional with 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including minimum 3 years in Salesforce CPQ and 3 years on core Salesforce (outside CPQ). The candidate should be strong in end-to-end CPQ delivery, stakeholder management, and problem solving, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations: discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Configure CPQ components: Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Bundles/Options, Quote Templates, Approvals, Guided Selling.
- Support and enhance core Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, platform customizations) beyond CPQ.
- Build automation using Flows, validation rules, Apex/LWC (as needed).
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, IT) to optimize quote-to-cash processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and ensure scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Create clear documentation and provide user training.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6+ years total Salesforce experience.
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- 3+ years Salesforce experience outside CPQ.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Solid Salesforce configuration/customization skills (Flows, security, data model, automation).
- Proven ability to handle complex pricing, quoting, and product modeling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
- Other Salesforce certs (Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud).
- Integration experience with ERP/Billing/CLM tools.
