Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ / ARM QA Engineer with strong experience in software quality assurance and Salesforce platform testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), Revenue Cloud, and ARM solutions, ensuring high-quality releases across complex business processes such as quote-to-cash, pricing, billing, and integrations with ERP systems.
The role requires hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, ETL validation, Salesforce integrations, and Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Demonstrate 5+ years of software quality assurance experience across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Analyze business requirements, design documents, and use cases to develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Salesforce & CPQ Testing
- Execute testing for Salesforce applications including CPQ (Steelbrick) and Revenue Cloud.
- Validate both standard Salesforce functionality and custom-developed components.
- Support testing of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workflows, including quoting, pricing, contracts, and billing processes.
- Basic understanding of RCA / ARM processes is required.
Automation & Advanced Testing
- Apply Black Box, White Box, Performance, and Automated testing methodologies.
- Design and maintain automated regression tests using tools such as Provar or Selenium.
- Utilize test management and defect tracking tools to monitor test progress and quality metrics.
Data Validation & Integration Testing
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate system data and test outcomes.
- Perform ETL testing for integrations between Salesforce and ERP applications.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated platforms.
Agile & DevOps Collaboration
- Work effectively in Agile development environments such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release testing cycles.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps processes to improve test automation and release quality.
