Job Description

Requirements

  • Analyze and document end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes including opportunity management, quoting, order management, billing, invoicing, and collections.
  • Configure and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing modules (as applicable).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs and solution documentation.
  • Support CPQ configuration including product setup, pricing rules, discount structures, approvals, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with ERP, finance systems, payment gateways, tax engines, and other third-party systems.
  • Ensure proper data migration, data quality, and reporting within the OTC lifecycle.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for sales pipeline, order tracking, revenue forecasting, and collections.
  • Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation best practices.
  • 510 years of experience in Order-to-Cash business processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ (Billing experience preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of OTC lifecycle:
  • Lead to Opportunity
  • Quote to Order
  • Order to Invoice
  • Invoice to Cash
  • Experience configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and reports.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns between Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition, subscription models, and contract management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
