Requirements
Analyze and document end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes including opportunity management, quoting, order management, billing, invoicing, and collections.
Configure and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing modules (as applicable).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs and solution documentation.
Support CPQ configuration including product setup, pricing rules, discount structures, approvals, and contract management.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with ERP, finance systems, payment gateways, tax engines, and other third-party systems.
Ensure proper data migration, data quality, and reporting within the OTC lifecycle.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for sales pipeline, order tracking, revenue forecasting, and collections.
Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and provide post-go-live support.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation best practices.
510 years of experience in Order-to-Cash business processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ (Billing experience preferred).
