Job Description: Salesforce CRM Functional Consultant
Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Functional Consultant who can translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, lead functional design, and ensure smooth implementation and optimization of Salesforce CRM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Design and configure Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Prepare functional design documents, user stories, and process flows
Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including UAT and go-live
Coordinate with technical teams for custom development and integrations
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support
Ensure best practices for data quality, security, and governance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
48 years of experience in Salesforce CRM functional roles
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (no-code/low-code)
Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel to Ahmedabad on a short-term basis, as and when required for project needs
Good to Have
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Business Analyst)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Exposure to Lightning Experience and Flow Builder
Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Good presentation and client-facing skills
