At Plative, we believe in the power of human-centered innovation. We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Consultant to join our team of Plativites. In this role, you'll design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business needs into high-impact implementations. You will serve as a strategic lead in helping customers adopt Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, with a core focus on pioneering Agentforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with clients to improve performance and business outcomes using the Salesforce platform.
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending new Salesforce features and enhancements while proactively addressing technical and functional objections.
- Discovery & Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and manage implementation backlogs.
- Solution Design: Document workflows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements. Support build vs. buy decisions for third-party applications and integrations.
- Delivery Excellence: Design and deliver solutions including customizations, automation, and integrations. Collaborate closely with delivery teams to configure, test, and deploy.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements; document issues and work with teams to resolve them.
- Project Leadership: Manage time effectively across multiple client projects and lead high-impact solution demonstrations.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering and solution design.
- Strong hands-on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client-facing environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Non Profit Cloud.
- Exposure to quoting, pricing, or order-to-cash processes.
- Experience working within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer Business Services (CBS) sectors.
- Familiarity with document generation or e-signature tools (e.g., Conga, Nintex, DocuSign).
