We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX to help optimize customer service operations. Role Overview:
As a CRM Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Guide system architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud, explaining its implementation trade-offs and how it compares to other support platforms.
- Lead CRM integrations and collaborate on configurations, focusing on ticketing systems and agent-facing interfaces.
- Implement and optimize systems in collaboration with Genesys Cloud CX, with a focus on orchestrating live support rather than traditional ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain core Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and its integrations within customer service operations.
- Offer in-depth knowledge of CRM integrations, particularly how ticketing and agent-facing interfaces are structured and used operationally.
- Provide expertise on Genesys Cloud CX, including pairing with ticketing systems and CRM integrations in production environments.
- Articulate when and why organizations should choose Genesys over other platforms like Zendesk, focusing on its unique use cases.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud within a CS/CX leadership role.
- Deep familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX, and an understanding of how it differs from traditional ticketing systems.
- Expertise in configuring CRM integrations and operational workflows for customer service teams.
- Ability to clearly articulate trade-offs between CRM systems and when one solution is more suitable than another.
