Salesforce Consultant

Role : Lead Salesforce Developer

Location : Remote

The Lead Salesforce Developer is a senior individual contributor role responsible for

building, enhancing, and operating high-quality Salesforce solutions that support core

sales and service workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Development & Platform Execution

Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative tooling.

Build scalable, bulk-safe, and well-tested Apex logic.

Develop performant, reusable LWCs following modern composition patterns.

Apply sound judgment when choosing between declarative, programmatic, and

integration-based approaches.

2. Solution Design & Technical Execution

Translate functional requirements into clear technical designs and

implementation plans.

3. Offshore Team Coordination

4. Integration & Data Connectivity

5. DevOps, CI/CD & Release Discipline

6. Quality, Testing & Production Support

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams to clarify requirements

and scope work responsibly.

8. Continuous Learning & Platform Evolution

Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform changes, and emerging

capabilities.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce

security model.

Experience building and consuming Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP).

Familiarity with asynchronous processing and event-driven patterns on

Salesforce.

Experience working in agile delivery environments.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across distributed

teams.

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder,

Platform Developer I.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.

Experience with Experience Cloud (LWR) or OmniStudio.

Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or enterprise data integrations.

Additional Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II, Advanced

Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant.

Experience working in complex, multi-team Salesforce environments
