We are hiring for Salesforce SSE,TL,STL and Architect

Exp: 6+ Yrs

Location: Pune/Indore/Hybrid

NP: Immediate to 30 days (No 60/90 days strictly)

Role and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations.
• At least 2 years of experience of architecting and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform.
• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
• Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs
• Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.
• Proven experience in Presales activities such as RFP response, solution design and effort estimation.
• Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

Key Skills :

• SFDC Certifications – Advanced Developer, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or an equivalent architect certification
• Hands on experience with Salesforce custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Integration with External systems using REST / SOAP Web services, Data migration etc.
• years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on solution design and architecture.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and capabilities.
• Any one Industrial Cloud Exp is mandate
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data architecture, and enterprise integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
