Job Description
Role: Salesforce Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years
Shift Time: 2PM To 11PM
Location: Hinjewadi (WFO)
Looking for Immediate Joiner or 15Days
Must have skills: Salesforce Administration, Flow, Declarative Automation, Solution Design, Apex, SOQL, SFDX, Salesforce Security, Troubleshooting
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and Declarative Automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architecture
- Experience designing complex Salesforce business processes
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations
- Good hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce development
- Understanding of Platform Events and asynchronous processing
- Experience with Salesforce security and sharing concepts
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II OR Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Administrator OR Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience
- Experience with Salesforce integration platforms or similar middleware
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI capabilities
- Experience designing enterprise-level automation and integration architecture
