Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on
Salesforce Consultant & Technical Leader with over 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and solution consulting. This role requires a
techno-functional mindset, combining deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to deliver impactful, scalable, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with
business and product stakeholders to
strategize, conduct
techno-functional discoveries, and
identify and propose value-added solutions. A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and alignment with
latest and upcoming Salesforce innovations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and consult on end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, and deployment.
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
- Provide expert-level Salesforce Administration support including user management, security, automation, and reporting.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Java-based services, and AWS components.
- Collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders to define strategy, conduct techno-functional discovery workshops, and align solutions with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for value-added enhancements and propose innovative solutions across Salesforce Clouds.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and roadmap; ensure solutions are aligned with latest and upcoming platform capabilities.
- Apply Generative AI technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities (e.g., intelligent automation, predictive analytics).
- Act as a trusted advisor bridging business and technology teams.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes using Salesforce DX and related tools.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals to stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, consulting, and architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Administration and platform optimization.
- Solid experience in Java (Spring Boot) and AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Exposure to GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., Einstein GPT, OpenAI APIs).
- Strong techno-functional skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver business value through technology.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.

Education: GraduateBachelors degree (any stream)
Other: Sound technical skills, inter personal skills, good experience in estimation methodologies, excellent communication and time management skills required. Understanding of system workflow, application workflow within the system, interfaces with other systems. High level understanding of business processes performed by system.
