About the Role

We are looking for highly analytical, problem-solving oriented individuals to join us as Salesforce Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates with an engineering background who are eager to build a career in consulting and enterprise technology. Prior Salesforce experience is not required we are looking for strong thinkers with structured problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client business processes and translate them into system requirements

Work on Salesforce implementation and customization projects

Analyze data, workflows, and business challenges to recommend optimal solutions

Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, and business stakeholders)

Prepare documentation, process maps, and client presentations

Participate in client discussions and solution walkthroughs

Who We're Looking For

MBA (preferred) with an Engineering background

Strong analytical and logical thinking ability

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions

Interest in consulting, enterprise technology, and digital transformation

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

• Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator / Consultant)

  
  

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts

  • Reports & Dashboards

  • Validation Rules & Flows

• Experience working with:

  • Sales Cloud

  • Service Cloud

• Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader)

• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Experience

• Integration knowledge (REST/SOAP APIs)

  
  

Functional Requirements

• Experience in requirement gathering & documentation

• Business process analysis and solution design

• Understanding of CRM implementation lifecycle

• Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
